And because everyone is unique, I’ll provide personal, expert guidance to help you creatively tailor the plan to the needs of your particular body-type and current health condition.

Food is an indispensable part of day-to-day life and culture. With so many choices and conflicting claims about what is and is not good for your health, it’s sometimes very hard to decide what to eat! Separating fact from fad is even more critical if you are trying to heal from illness or disease. My dietary/educational course is backed by decades of experience with a diverse population and is informed by both the latest in scientific research and long-established Eastern health and medical traditions.

This diet course offers a clear path to help you turn the most tasty and healthful ingredients into complete meals every day, while simultaneously healing the body-mind and maximizing its potential.

You may be coming to me because you have a health condition and believe diet is important to healing. Or you may want to move from an animal-based diet to a plant-based diet, or adopt a raw food diet. I am here to help you find a diet suited to your body, your current health condition and your health goals. If you are looking to heal, seeking to maximize your health and well-being, or just searching for factual information about food and diet, this is the ideal course for you.

As you proceed through 10 lessons of text and videos, you will discover the nutritional benefits of a wide variety of foods, including fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, grains and beans. Recipes from around the world will teach you how to combine these foods into delicious dishes, and you can follow the menu suggestions to combine these dishes into balanced meals.

This diet is free from animal products, gluten, processed foods and refined sugar and places a special emphasis on uncooked and organic foods and how to heal and maximize digestion—a key to health. Along the way, you’ll learn how to juice your own fruits and vegetables, grow your own sprouts, soak grains and beans, and more. You’ll also have access to a private Facebook page where you’ll find additional information and support. If you encounter obstacles or have any questions, you’ll have access to personal guidance.

Unlike many diet plans created by chefs, the CHI course is designed by trained professionals, with decades of experience in healthcare, medicine and nutrition. This diet course is not a weight-loss diet or a fad diet intended to be followed for only a few weeks or months. It is an intentional, sustainable way of eating to help optimize your health over the long term.

The course presents general tips and guidelines, based on basic principles. Individual health and nutritional needs vary, due to body-type differences, and these needs can change over time. A key part of physical, emotional and mental health is learning to pay attention to and learn from your body so that you can become flexible in how you feed and care for it. For many, this will be a process of sensitizing yourself to your body.

Although not required, I recommend you consult with a healthcare professional with expertise in this nutritional approach and get a holistic health assessment, both before and in some cases during the process of changing your diet. This will help you speed up the process and individualize the diet to your current heath condition.
